The water, sanitary sewer, paving, drainage and bridge construction performed by your rum in
the above referenced addition was inspected during construction by the City of Coppell
Engineering Department and was installed according to the plans and our specifications
governing such work.
As of the above date, the facilities are accepted subject to the two-year maintenance agreement.
