Our 2 pumps have always been located on the northeast section which has no damage. The picture that was sent
occurred between Sunday and Monday night with all the rainfall. We also have a swppp report from our 3rd
party that was done Monday morning noting this. We had no subs working on Monday because of it raining all
day

Chance,
My email earlier was incorrect. I now understand that Walter from Tiseo will fix the silt fence along the south side of the
apron and half way across the west side where the bank has eroded. He is saying that the rest of the silt fence was
damaged when you started pumping water from the detention pond. Let me know if you have any questions.
