An inspection of the referenced project has been conducted by representatives of the City of
Coppell. There are maintenance issues on Castlebury Court and its adjacent alley regarding
concrete stress.
Please provide appropriate maintenance prior to the expiration date of the two-year Maintenance
Bond (August 12, 2001).
Please contact me at 972-304-3684 to inform me of when your crews will be on the project to
correct the deficiencies.
