As per our telephone conversation, please accept this letter as a submittal for the Fence Detail,
Sheet Number C-7 of the plans on the above referenced project. The note at the far right of the
fence detail shows the new fence to have two shop coats of galvanized primer and two coats of
semi-gloss. As discussed the work cannot be shop built due to the fact the distance between the
vertical rails varies and therefore has to be field fabricated. North Texas Municipal Construction
Company, Inc. (NTMCCI) has determined the thickness of the tube steel and will match the
existing tube steel and conform to the existing design. One note of clarification, the horizontal
rail at the top of the fence is tube steel and what looks like tube steel under the top rail is sWap
steel welded to vertical members. North Texas Municipal Construction Company, Inc.
(NTMCCI) will do the same on the fence extension.
We plan to begin the work first thing Monday morning. Please review this immediately. If you
have any problems with this, please contact us.
Sincerely,
Michael G. Daigre
President
