Dear Jimmy:
Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to release of your work in the referenced
project.
1. Grade to drain at the outfall of stormdrain Lines 'C' & 'D'.
2. Remove exposed steel inside inlet boxes.
3. Head wall at the outfall of storm drain line 'B' has eroded.
4. Locate exist water valve at the S.E. side of bridge.
5. Sidewalk is pounding on bridge at the center of the West bound lane.
6. Clean sidewalk under bridge.
7. Place erosion control on all slopes at the bridge.
8. Submit 'as builts' and maintenance bonds.
