Listed below are items that must be addressed prior to release of the work performed by your
firm in the referenced addition.
1. Remove concrete chips and reseal pavement at the approach slabs to the bridge.
2. Repair broken sidewalk southwest of bridge.
3. Mark location of traffic conduct placed under Parkrway Blvd. at Cowboy Drive.
4. Complete any items remaining from previous punch list.
5. Submit maintenance bond.
