A re-inspection was done on the above referenced project on April 27, 1996 by Larry Smith
and the items below were still found to be deficient.

All fire hydrants need dots in streets.
Three main valves need cut out and blocked at Parkway & Auburn Way.
Two mainline valves at Parkway & Copperstone trail needs to be blocked out.
Mainline valve at Parkway in sidewalk needs blocked out connecting circles.
