The reference~ site hicludes ~,o drive apN'oaches to Royal Lane. To facilitate
construction of these drive approaches we proposed to hastall a subgrade of six inches of
flex base. The flex base would be placed on a six inch native soil b~e compacted to 95
percent of smidard proctor density, This [~vement subgrade sccfion would be in lieu of
a six inch lime subgrade.
