A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on April 27, 1996 by Marc
Russell and the items below were found to be deficient.

All fire hydrants need dots in streets.
Three main valves need cut out and blocked at Parkway & Auburn Way.
All services need fittings uncovered.
Station 2 + 43.09 manhole needs rain pan & chimney seal tightened.
Station 14+85.08 11/2 irrigation needs a new lid.
All manholes need chimney seals tightened.
Block A lot 18 clean out needs to be washed out.
Block A lot 20 meter cans need straightened & clean out needs repair at top bell.
Station 1 + 45 main clean out needs reduced to 6 inches & plug.
Two mainline valves at Parkway & Copperstone trail needs to be blocked out.
Block B lot 3 clean out needs crock repaired.
Irrigation meter east side of auburn need curb uncovered..
Block A lot 41 clean out needs repair.
Block A lot 36 clean out is smashed, needs repair.
Station 5 + 24 main clean out needs to be reduced to 6 inches & plug.
Mainline valve at Parkway in sidewalk needs blocked out connecting circles.
Block B l.ot 7 clean out needs to be washed out.
Block E lot 15 clean out needs to be lowered to curb level.
Block E lot 17 setter is too deep in can.
Block C lot 16 curb stop needs to be straightened.

Walk Thru for Copperstone Addition
A walk through was conducted at the above referenced location
today. The following deficiencies were/identified:
1. 4' of saw joint not sealed.
/2. Approach to street cold joint3- route & seal. ~

Centerline Eastbound - concrete chip 8 panels east -

Patc~ Curb South side. No pavement markings.
Paver band appears to hold water at edge east and west.
Curb chip at saw joint. Remove and seal.
