Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: Copperstone Addition, Final Inspection and Acceptance of Paving and Utility Improvements Dear Ken: The Utility and Paving Improvements for the Copperstone Addition are completed except for the Bridge over Cottonwood Creek and a small amount of related paving. It is our request that we treat these as separate jobs and final out the subdivision improvements now. We would then final the bridge and related pavement at a future date. By finaling the subdivision improvements now we will be able to start the construction of the franchise utilities immediately and it will also allow us get the homebuilders started on their model homes. The subdivision has good access from Parkway Blvd. to the West, which will provide for adequate fire protection until the bridge is complete. This is a schedule of the remaining improvements and their estimated completion times: Parkway Blvd. Bridge - 30-45 days Screening Walls and Entryway Treatments - 45-60 days Parkway Blvd. Landscaping - 60 days Pond Retaining Wall, Grading and Landscaping - 60 days Park Access and Fencing - 60 days We appreciate your help on this matter.
