Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
As you are aware, we have submitted final civil engineering construction plans for the
referenced development. Included in this submittal are the Landscape and Irrigation plans
for the site. Following your departments review of the submittal, your only comment
regarded adding additional information to the Irrigation plans. We have reviewed your
comments with the irrigation consultant and he is to make the requested revisions.
It is our understanding that you can release the remainder of the civil engineering submittal
package for construction at this time, with the understanding that the corrected Irrigation
plan will be revised and resubmitted within the next two to three weeks for review.
Therefore, we respectfully request that the City approve the submitted civil engineering
plans for the site with the condition that the Irrigation plan be revised and resubmitted for
approval in two to three weeks.
