Recorded at county. Provide labels in plans with volume and page information. Utility Plans - 2) By revising to a 12" water line you now need to provide a plan and profile with grades and elevations for the 12" water. High points will need air release valves. Calls in plan should match in profiles 3) Include size and thickness of any carrier/casing pipes for utility bores. 4) FDC connection runs from the fire riser room not directly from a FH. Relocate FH and FDC to east side of drive isle. Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked -up plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for review.
