During the platting of the Copperstone Subdivision, a common area was dedicated to the City
of Coppell for the purpose of installing a trail system to connect Andrew Brown Park West with
the Villages of Coppell Phase VI. During the walk through of this area last week, it was noted
that it would be very difficult to build the trail in the future if homes were built adjacent to the
common area. Therefore, I am requesting that permits not be issued on the following lots: 7-
17, Block A.
