The attached are the variance request I mentioned yesterday from our Civil and geotech consultants. We request to not pump the private paving areas. Prologis dissolves all responsibility
of the City of Coppell in regards to the private paving. This request is consist with means and methods throughout the metroplex and we ask for your consideration.
PS. I am due a letter from our geotech in regards to the extra inch of concrete in the fire lanes. To reiterate, we have already accounted for this. Our fire lanes are designed as
8” (to account for the extra inch), instead of your normal 7”.
