Provide 8" water].ine in lieu of 6" as shown. Provide 8" waterline from Thweatt Road, south, to tie to proposed line along eastern property line. Provide details of pavement. Provide details of f~re lane construction, especially along north side of building. Add fire lane to parking area along west side of building. Show additional dimensional control for parking, paving, etc. 10. 11. Provide landscape plan per city standards· Pro~ide escrow in amount of $200.00 per front foot for rupture Sandy Lake Road (Thweatt) improvements· In lieu of flowlines of storm sewer matching, we would recommend that top of pipes match.
