Re: Cottonwood Creek Bridge, Copperstone Addition.
Dear Ken:
It was brought to my attention today that the City of Coppell has a desire to place
omamemal lighting on the bridge rail columns of the above referenced bridge. We have
cooperated with the City on all issues to date regarding this project. The bridge
construction as eurremly designed has and will be funded 100% by the developer.
Although we would certainly cooperate with the City and coordinate the construction of
the various additional amenities that you request, the City will need to furnish labor and
materials for said improvemems.
