Re: Retaining Walls - Copperstone
Dear Ken:
The retaining walls that we will be constructing behind Lots 17-34, Blk. A will be private
retaining walls built on private property. The maintenance of the walls will be the
responsibility of the individual homeowners. The retaining walls behind Lots 22 and 23
and the retaining wall adjacent to the pond will also be private walls built on private
property and as per our prior agreement will be maintained by the developer for a period
of two (2) years. At that time the maintenance of the walls behind Lots 22 and 23 will
become the responsibility of the individual homeowner and the maintenance of the wall
adjacent to the pond will become the responsibility of the homeowners association.
