That will need to be scheduled with the Water, sewer, streets, and traffic 48 hours in advance. This list does need to be complete before a final walk thru can be scheduled. Bldg E: 1.Domestic meter needs WD marked and painted on the curb and the bypass needs to be 100% visible 2.North west corner fire hydrant needs to be raised 3.The farthest north west corner man hole needs to be cleaned and have a concrete channel. The pipe in now will not work 4.WI needs to be marked and painted on curb for the irrigation meter 5.FDC needs to be marked on curb and painted for the fire department connection 6.South storm manhole needs to be cleaned and cameraed 7.For the cleaning of the sewer and storm lines that will need to be taken out it cannot be pushed down the main. I will need to witness this. If I am not there to witness this you will have to camera to the outfall for the storm and 500 ft down flow of the sewer main. 8.All water valves need to have tracer wire Bldg F 1.North man hole needs extension and raised to grade 2.Domestic meter needs WD marked and painted on the curb and the bypass needs to be 100% visible 3.WI needs to be marked and painted on curb for the irrigation meter 4.Main line valves need to be marked and painted on curb 5.All water valves need to have tracer wire 6.FDC needs to be marked on curb and painted for the fire department connection Bldg G 1.Man hole needs marks and rain pan 2.All water valves need to have tracer wire 3.WI needs to be marked and painted on curb for the irrigation meter 4.FDC needs to be marked on curb and painted for the fire department connection 5.Domestic meter needs WD marked and painted on the curb and the bypass needs to be 100% visible 1 6.Domestic water line needs to be straight until after the double check Bldg F 1.Domestic meter needs WD marked and painted on the curb and the bypass needs to be 100% visible 2.All water valves need to have tracer wire 3.Need to find irrigation meter 4.Domestic meter can has an irrigation meter 5.Sewer line needs to be cleaned and if there is still little flow or is holding water that will need to be fixed. When the line is cleaned I will need to be present so I know nothing was pushed off into the city’s sewer mains.
