Development Fee Assessment
Dear Sir:
Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment list, along with a copy of
the Development Fee calculations for MEPC Phase II.
On January 24, 1996, the water impact, waste water impact, sewer tap inspection and utility final
inspection fees were paid. The remaining fees are due either at the issuance of the water meter or
the issuance of the building permit. The original development fees for MEPC Phase II were revised
on February 17, 1996 to show only one Water Impact Fee for the fire line meter. Therefore, you
have overpaid your Water Impact Fee in the amount $1,125.00. A check will be processed to you
in that amount.

Reimbursement of Water Impact Fee for MEPC Phase H

On February 17, 1996, the development fees for MEPC Phase II were revised to show only
one water impact fee for the fire line meter making a reduction in the fees of $1,125.00 (see
attached fee assessment). The initial assessment $13,050.00 was paid on January 24, 1996.
Therefore a check in the amount of $1,125.00 should be mailed to:
