Water/Sewer Walk-thru Punch List for Craf%made
A walk thru was conducted on 12/5/95 for the above referenced
project. The following items were found to be deficient.
· Ail three stacks in median at tie in needs to be
straighten, cleaned, and concrete pads repoured.
· Check the flows on the internal fire hydrants on
private property, seems to be flowing slow.
· Repair existing fire hydrant valve stack.
