One-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been received from both contractors. Maturity on the bonds will be one year from the date of this letter (January 8, 1987). The closing is scheduled for November 1, 1994. Before the purchaser will close the transaction, they want written confirmation from the City of Coppell that all of the roads and utilities have been installed to the satisfaction of the City of Coppell, in accordance with tlm final plat, subject to the payment of the impact foes that are owfllg.
