Provide a title sheet on the landscape plans. 2. Wate/plinPact fees for the pr, oject are as follows; ( 2" meter @ 8 E.S.U s = $3600.00 "~,~ ~ k Inspection Fee = $ 100.00 ) 'Meter deposit = $ 35.00 Total fees= $3735.00 3. Use the city standard detail for the backflow preventer on the irrigation plans. The following comments were made by the Planning, Building Inspection, and Parks Departments. 4. Use sod instead of hydromulch at the locations shown on the plans. 5. Conform to the Streetscape plan (i.e. brick pavers) instead of sandblasting and acid staining the existing concrete on Royal Lane. 6. Provide a note on the landscape plan regarding the property owner is responsible for the continued maintenance of the landscaping in the median. 7. The sun dial would be treated as a structure and as such would need to meet required setback and design standards. 8. All signage to be under separate permit. Also, all walls are to be designed by a licensed professional engineer. There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
