Dear Mr. Martin:
Regarding the staff comments as received last week please find the various corrections in the
attached set of construction plans. We offer the following explanations also:
· All plans are sealed, signed and dated;
· Sidewalks are shown, either as by developer or lot builder with note on street paving plans;
· Median at Auburn Way revised to match paver detail.
· All storm sewer revised to show minimum 21" RCP at low point inlets;
· Line "A" and "B" storm sewer outfalls revised to show Type "C" headwalls at the creek.
· See grading plans for sloping into common area on the south side of site. With grass cover
this should provide plenty ,of erosion protection.
· See grading plans for proposed private retaining wall adjacent to Andy Brown Park.
