Dear Mr. Martin,
Please let this letter document our conversation earlier today about the grading on the
Northpoint Drive extension project. We have filled behind the curbs on both the North
and South sides of the road creating a positive (1/4" to the foot) fall to the street as
required by the City of Coppell Standards. The ROW is wider at portions of the roadway
than the twelve feet from back of curb. On the South side of the roadway a drainage
ditch exists not allowing for fill the full width of the ROW. On the North side we have
established a grade that will maintain the flow in accordance with the drainage area map
and to ensure there will be no standing water.
