Pursuant to our conversation on Monday, December 22 at which you and Bill Dahlstrom
participated, the City will meet and work with yon on a plan for infrastructure improvements on
the Freeport North extension project, as well as improvements on Royal Lane and Sandy Lake
Road on property at the far north end of the original Freeport North project.
Your representatives should contact our Engineering and Planning Deparlments for any guidance
regarding street improvements in the vicinity, as well as drainage issues that yon would like to
address with either PID or TIF. This is not a commitment on the part of the City of Coppell and
all negotiations, of course, are subject to final City Council action.
Please feel free to contact me at your convenience as this process continues. I am sure our
technical staff will be able to work with yon to arrive at a plan that addresses both the general
public needs, as well as yonr needs for the aforementioned developrmmt parcels.
