Dear Mr. Davis:
As you requested, we have field verified the elevations of the floor slab form work and the inlet, outlet and
overflow pipes for the Village Parkway Ground Storage Reservoir No. 2. The attached tabulation shows our
findings. In general, the form elevations were off by no more than 0.05-feet, or approximately 1/2". The tank
piping is level across the flanges within a tolerance of 0.02-feet, or roughly 1/4" and is within 0. 1 O-feet of the
required plan elevations.
