1. All adjacent zoning should be shown.
2. The 100-year floodplain should be labeled.
3. The drainage easement that contains the existing 60" RCP, generally on Lot 3R, should be
provided.
4. Is Lot 1R going to be a common area for this development? If so, will there be a Property
Owners Association?
5. Right-of-way should be dedicated adjacent to Bethel Road to provide a minimum 55 feet
from the center lane.
6. The signature block for the floodplain administrator should be shown.
7. A utility easement should be provided to contain the portion of the sanitary sewer that will
service both Lot 3R and 4R.
