inspection service at the referenced location on the following dates.
11/5, 11/19(5.25 hrs), 12/10, 1/7, 1/14 and 2/4.
The overtime rate including salary and benefits is $54.00 per hour, with a minimum
charge of four hours.
Please send a copy of this letter along with your check for $1363.50, payable to the City
