1. The public hydrant on the property needs to painted yellow. (Standard Detail 4120,
note 9)
2. There needs to be a 6” – 8” lip on the vault because the vault wasn’t placed 8”
above the ground. (Std. Det. 4160)
3. There needs to be a double check after the domestic meter. There needs to be copper
pipe from the corporation stop to the tie-in of the double check.
4. Saw-cuts and expansion joints need to be sealed properly (Std. Det. 2050)
5. All cracks need to be cut and sealed
6. Clean storm drain
This is a PRE-punch list. We have to give Streets, Water, and Sewer a 48-hour notice for
their walk-thru. Their list may be more specific than my list because ours is a quick visual
inspection. Our list needs to be complete prior to scheduling a Public Works walk-thru. If
