This letter will serve as a warranty and guarantee for the compressive strength of the concrete
supplied to your project. This letter will warranty that the compressive strength and integrity of the
concrete supplied to this project will meet or exceed the contract requirements.
All Mixes and documentation is in accordance with ACI 318-14.
Mix Code Description
40U100AG 4000 PSI 1" AE GU
The guarantee covers the specified strength of the concrete when tested and evaluated in
accordance with ASTM C172, C31, C39, and C94 (including proper initial curing as per ASTM
C31 Section 10.1.2 ), and when the recommended procedures for placement and curing outlined
in ACI 305 and ACI 306 are followed.
Additional items such as compliance with air content and concrete temperature at the time of
delivery are subject to adjustment and variability as allowed within the submittal documents.
Damage or deterioration that occurs to the concrete as a result of hazardous or aggressive
chemical agents, improper or incorrect structural design, soil instability or movement, improper
placement techniques, and/or acts of nature are not covered as part of this warranty.
Acceptance of the concrete upon arrival at the point of delivery constitutes acceptance of this Limited
Warranty.
