1.Route and seal all cracks marked with paint
2.Remove and replace broken sidewalk panel marked with paint
3.Re-grout chipped curbs
4.Seal all joints along with curbs to a flush
5.Reseal all storm drains to a flush
6.All approaches on Southwestern need to be routed and sealed
7.Follow up walk through is necessary
