First Landscape Review Comments for the MEPC American Property
Dear Mr. Adams:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
Provide a title sheet on the landscape plans.
Provide landscape and irrigation plans on 24" x 36" sheets on the next set of review
plans.
The irrigation plans shall be stamped and signed by a licensed professional irrigator. The
landscape plans shall be stamped and signed by a licensed landscape architect.
4. Show the medians on the landscape plan.
The following comments were made by the Planning,
Departments.

Building Inspection, and Parks
Any removal or disturbance of existing irrigation in the medians and existing trees, or
turf shall be coordinated with the Parks Department. Contact Dennis Slayton at 304-
3554.
Any landscaping or irrigation provided will comply with the streetscape plan. This will
include drive entries, etc.
Irrigation meters will be assessed by the water utilities superintendent.
The contractor will be responsible for replacement or relocation of trees affected in the
medians.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you
