Dear Mr. Acker:
This letter is written as a follow-up to our telephone conversation of May 24, 1995. The following
represents comments associated with this project:
Sheet G- 1
This sheet should be resubmitted so that the various numbers that are overwritten can be clarified. This
appears mainly along the edges of the property.
Sheet DA-1
a. The contour lines should be shown
b. Please clarify the flow arrows on the west side of the property where the existing arrow shows
drainage coming onto the property and the furore arrow shows drainage going away from the
property. It is my understanding that in the future the drainage to the west will be routed differently.
Drawings should be provided showing both the existing and the future flow.
Sheet WSS- 1
a. The first 148.5 feet of the proposed sanitary sewer line should be a minimum of 8 inches in size.
It is my understanding that the remainder of the line will be a 6 inch line and will be a private line.
Therefore, the property to the west will not be allowed to tie into it in the future.
b. We discussed why the fire line plans have not been provided. It is my understanding that they will
be provided by a different company. Those plans were provided on May 25, 1995.
c. Please note that the bores should be dry bore only.
Sheet EC-1
It should be clearly noted that the construction entrance should be a stabilized construction entrance.
