INTENT OF CHANQE ORDER
The jnlent of this chm~ge order is to modify the provisions of the contract entered into between the City of
Coppell, Texas and Natgun Corporation, 11 Teal Road, Wakefield, Massachusetts 01880-12592, for
construction of the Village Parkway Ground Storage Reservoir No. 2, dated May 23, 1995.
DESCRIPTION OE. CHANGE
Change Order No. 1 covers the additional work required to re-route the conduit feeding the pole lights on the
Village Parkway Ground Storage Reservoir No. 2 and extend the circuit by 150 feet. The construction
record drawings for the pump station showed a power conduit installed under th¢ concrete drive around the
existing tank. Apparently, the conduits were not instal]ed as shown. The City of Coppell will reimburse
Natgun Corporation for the additional work in the lump sum amount shown below.
