Still waiting on paving maintenance bonds, ADA inspection, and streets approval before I can sign the final acceptance letter. Was told by Robin
Pervy that an agreement was made with the city prior to construction that the bonds were paid with the fees. I have not received any proof on
this and George Marshall also has no idea what he is talking about
