WORK DESCRIPTION
1. The concrete floor pour is tentatively set for Saturday, December 9, 1995. Gary Hendricks and I met with
Jim Fisher and discussed Natgun' s proposed concrete floor pour traffic plan. The area around the tank is being
cleared for the proposed concrete truck route.
2. The concrete encasement for the tank overflow pipe and dram pipe is in place.
3. The concrete encasement for Outlet Pipe No. 1 and Outlet Pipe No. 2 is complete.
4. The tank pad is being prepared for the concrete floor pour. The forms around the perimeter of the tank are being
constructed. The corrugated carboard and 1/8 inch masonite are being placed on top of the tank pad followed be the
reinforcing steel needed for the floor slab.
5. On November 28, 1995, Jim Fisher indicated that no additional concrete pours will occur at the inlet pipe until the
Natgun office submits revised shop drawings. The revised Shop drawings were submitted to us on
December 5, 1995. An additional pour on the inlet encasement is now in place. The vertical reinforcing steel that
will tie into the floor slab of the tank still needs to be field bent to reflect the revised Natgtm shop drawings.
