Sir. Will send out now. Sent from Clement Wang -------- Original message -------- From: Matthew Mabry <MMabry@coppelltx.gov> Date: 3/28/17 12:44 PM (GMT-06:00) To: Clement Wang <cwang@trestcon.com> Subject: Potential Heavy rainfall This is just a heads up on what we expect in the chance we get heavy rain fall. Can you please forward to your contractors. Please adhere to these specific points: 1)Removal of storm inlet devices is only permitted along public access street locations where human health and safety is a concern. 2)Removal of storm inlet devices is only permitted prior to the rain event when significant standing water has been evident along the street locations. 3)Removal of storm inlet devices is only permitted during a rain event when significant standing water is evident along the street locations. 1 4)Removal of storm inlet devices is not acceptable when heavy amounts of sediment are present in the street from best management control failure. Slight adjustments to the inlet control device may be required to eliminate ponding. 5)Storm inlet devices must be replaced within 24 hours of the completion of the rain event. The completion of the rain event is determined when there has been no rain fall for 24 hours. 6)At no time should internal storm inlet devices of the construction site be removed. The construction site is not considered public access locations. 7)Please exercise judgment when removing storm inlet devices. Not all rain events require storm inlet devices to be removed. NOTE: An operator is responsible at all times for the sediment or non-stormwater materials leaving the site. The construction general permit does allow for discharges but when controls fail and operators do not update SWPPP as the construction general permit requires the site can still be enforced upon.
