Remarks:
We offer no objections to the proposed modifications to the manway cover. However, the manway cover musl operate
properly upon completion of the modifications. If the modification is not satisfactory, an alternate design must be
submined to our office for review.
By copy of fixis lener we are returning I copy of the submittal to Mr. Lan3~ Davis, City of Coppoll.
Checking of shop drawing by SMmek, Jacobs & Finkka is only for general conformulate with the d~gn concept of the project and general
compliance with the information given in the contract documents. Any action shown is subject to the requlr~nents of the plans and
specifications. Contractor is responsible for: dimensions which shall bz confirmed and cotrelated at the job site; fabrication processo and
