Dear Neighbors,
Natgun Corporation is in the process of constructing a 6 million gallon ground
water storage tank for the City of Coppell. Now that the drilled pier work is complete,
the next phase involves construction of the tank floor. This will entail the use of
approximately 1,780 cubic yards of ready-mix concrete. We plan for several concrete
trucks to line up along Village Parkway, adjacent to the elementary school during this
phase of work.
In order to avoid disruption to Lakeside Elementary School, we plan to execute
this work on Saturday, December 9, 1995, weather permitting. We expect work on that
day to begin at approximately daybreak (6:30 a.m.) and be completed by 7:00 p.m.
Although school will not be in session, we will have flagmen directing traffic to insure
public safety.
We hope to tninirtliZe any disruption to the neighborhood. Thank you for your
