TEST PROCEDURE
Plug all manhole entrances and exits other than the manhole
top access usinq suitably aized pneumatic or mechanical
pipeline plugs. Install the vacuum tester head assembly at-
the
tthe top access of manhole. Attach vacuum pip to test head
and start pump. Open inlet/outlet ball valva and evacuate
the manhole to 10" Eq. (apprcxiw—telt' negative SPSIG, 0.3
bar) Close vacutW inlet; outlet ball valve and monitor
vacuum for sgecifled test period.
