RE: Copper Stone
Dear Mr. Anderson:
On Monday, March 13, 1995, the City received phone calls from residents living along
Cottonwood Creek, upstream of the Copper Stone Development, complaining about water
backing up on their property.
It was determined that the cause for the back water effects was due to undersized culverts placed
in the creek for a truck crossing into the development. This is the third time this situation has
occurred. To avoid any future problems, the City requests that the crossing be removed and that
access to the site be taken from Parkway Blvd. off of Coppell Road.
If you have any questions or comments feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Michael A. Martin, E.I.T.
