Halff 1201 North Bowser Road Richardson, TX 75081-2275 RE: Gateway Business Park No. 2 Blk A Lt 1R & 3 (Naterra 2) Dear Mr. Littleton, The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: General - 1) Cover: Add legal name to cover page as that is how the project is tracked in Engineering. 2) Plat: Would it be possible to cross hatch the floodway on the plat? 3) General Notes: Paving requires #4 bars on 18" oc. 4) Paving Plan: a) Wouldn't you want to connect the sidewalk near the NE corner of the building to the sidewalk along the street? b) Looks like missing a hatch for an area of paving. 5) Wall Plan Profile: Provide engineered plan in the Civil set with the next review set. 6) Grading Plan: a) Check the contour tie-ins near the bridge. b) Label the floodplain line. 7) Existing DAM: Label the cfs entering the pipes. 8) Storm Drainage Plan/Profile a) Line A: Check your HGL — appears to have jumps in locations where there wouldn't be any. b) Line C: Flip the profile direction. Confusing to have north point down on the sheet. 9) Water/Wastewater Plan: a) Fire hydrants to be located 3-6ft from the back of curb. b) FDC shall be installed in accordance with City Details. Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked -up plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for review. If you have any questions, please contact me at your convenience.
