Comments on Copper Stone Addition - Fourth Review

Need to provide pedestrian access on west side of bridge with handrails and access to
street level on both ends.
Need to know status of property dedication contiguous to Cottonwood Creek and
Denton Creek and construction plans for hike and bike trail for this.
How will offsite drainage be addressed as it relates to the park site?
Concrete encasement for all outside drops on all sanitary sewer manholes.
