1. Cut and seal any cracks on the pavement
2. Expansion joints need to be sealed according to City of Coppell Standard Details
page 2050
3. Saw-cuts need to be sealed according to City of Coppell Standard Details Page 2050
4. Striping and concrete parking barriers need to be installed along with proper ADA
signage
5. All pull boxes need to be up to grade
6. Clean all storm drain
7. All form boards need to be removed
8. Water and Sewer colors and markings need to be made. Standard Detail 4220 and
5170
9. Irrigation boxes need to be galvanized meter boxes
10. Locate the valves for the all hydrants
This is a PRE-punch list. We have to give Streets, Water, and Sewer Departments a 48-
hour notice for their walk-thru. Their list may be more specific than my list because ours is
a quick visual, surface inspection. Our list needs to be complete prior to scheduling a
Public Works walk-thru. Be sure to become familiar with pages 14 – 16 in the
preconstruction packet. If you have any questions, please let me know.
