CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES:
I met onsite with the contractor and the water department to see which valves needed to be turned off and what businesses needed to be informed.
I informed the contractor that the the whole line needed to be BT tested.
I spoke with Jerry Davis about the BT tested and the connection of the new valve and 8” connection. Jerry Said it was ok for them to not BT the
whole line as long as there are no muddy water that touches the pipe.
I informed the contractor that I needed to be there for the de-watering, swabbing, connection, and the flushing of the water line.
