Dear Mr. Griffin:
Regarding the distribution warehouse currently being review by the City of
Coppell, Texas, we would like to submit the following information.
The paving design for this project shall be 6" thick, 4,000 psi concrete,
reinforced with No. 3 steel bars at 24" o.c. each way. This paving section shall
be placed over a compacted base.
The geotechanicai report No. 2317.4, dated November 1995, as prepared by
Reed Engineering includes this recommendation based upon their analysis of
existing site conditions. We feel this design should perform satisfactorily for this
project and request your approval.
