Request for Conditional Letter of Map Revision
on Cottonwood Branch and Denton Creek (Copperstone Addition)
Dear Mr. Baker:
Enclosed please find a technical report prepared by Dowdey, Anderson and Associates, Inc. for
the reclamation of property adjacent to Denton Creek contained in Copperstone Addition.
Included with the report is all HEC-II hydrologic models, floodplain and floodway mapping and
FEMA forms. Also, included with the package is a check in the amount of $1065.00 for the
review.
As the Floodplain Administrator for the City of Coppell, I request that FEMA review the
technical report and issue a CLOMR. If you should have any technical questions concerning
