The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Address the comment regarding inlet shown on paving plans in the Turkey Knob cul-de-
sac (plate No. 8).
2. Make corrections to lot numbers on Plat 11, as indicated.
Address the commem made by Rick Wieland, of the Parks and Recreation Division,
regarding pedestrian access on west side of bridge (refer to Plate 20).
Headwalls on the north side of subdivision should probably be constructed in
coordination with the construction of proposed stone retaining wall.

Rick Wieland, Parks and Recreation Superintendem, requested that development plans
for common area along the eastern section of the subdivision be provided showing the
location of hike and bike trail to be constructed by the developer. Contact Rick

There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these commems have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you
