Comments on Copperstone Construction Plans
Need development plans for the common areas along the eastern section of the
subdivision. This includes details of the Hike and Bike Trail to be construction by
the developer.
The developer will also be responsible for filing the deed for dedicated park property.
This can be coordinated with Chad Beach in the Tax Office.
Show profiles for 16" water line installation.

Any disturbance to the park property that occurs during this or any other construction
element of the project needs to be conveyed to the Parks and Recreation Division
office 462-8495. Repair to these areas is to be coordinated with the Parks and
Recreation Division.
