RE: Copperstone Landscape Plans
Dear Michael:
Please find below my response to your letter dated April 15, 1994 regarding latest city
review of above-mentioned plans:
1. Intersecting streets labeled.
2. Ornamental trees removed from plans in median over bddge - turf and irrigation to
remain.
3. Provided city detail regarding adjacent alley paving to screen walls on Sheet W4.
4. Walk/landings widened to 5' - turn at landing area will meet ADA requirements.
5. Wrought iron fence sections clearly labeled - brick wall sections shaded.
6. Wall Plans - as addressed in response letter to you dated 3-1-94, I have had
previous dicussions with Mr. Greg Jones regarding this issue, and came to a
agreement stating the successful wall contractor should be made responsible
to provide to the City plans stamped by their own Structural Engineer (see note ~6,
Sheet W4). This process reduces "red-tape" if problems or questions occur in the
field because the Contractor will be able to deal directly with the City.
If you have any further questions, particularly regarding Item ~6, please feel free to call
me at 263-3500.
Thank you,
